Welcome to Coastal Massage & Bodywork in Kill Devil Hills. We’re a local studio focused on helping you feel better in your body—whether you need deep relief, stress release, or simple relaxation. Our licensed therapists, Natasha Blake and Bonnie Agliardo, blend skilled technique with a calm, grounded approach so every session feels personalized, restorative, and results-driven. If you’re ready to unwind, reset, and restore balance, we’d love to take care of you.
Meet Natasha Blake
My name is Natasha, nice to meet you!
Natasha graduated from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage a 700 hour massage therapy program in the healing art of therapeutic massage. Regardless of a client’s needs, she enjoys creating a warm, relaxing environment in which to wind down and relax. She delivers a well balanced massage with a variety on techniques including engaged flowing strokes, deep stretches and tension releases.
Using a combination of fluid motion, nurturing touch and symmetry, she creates a relaxed state in the body and mind while tending to each client’s individual needs, using a firm touch to “melt” tissue rather than trying to force through excessive pressure, which she believes is often counter-productive.
Natasha has always had a passion for helping others and knew from a young age that she wanted to work in the healthcare industry. With our training in bringing balance and wellness to the body, mind, and spirit, we are dedicated to your well-being. My name is Bonnie, nice to meet you!
Hello! My name is Bonnie and I'm thrilled to be a part of Coastal Massage and Bodywork.
With a degree from the MidWest School of Oriental Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin and training at the Cayce Reilly School of Massage in Virginia Beach, VA, I bring a unique blend of Eastern and Western techniques to the table. I'm passionate about homeopathic health and believe in the power of massage to promote balance and wellness for the body, mind, and spirit.
